We provide transportation for children age 12 and older that live in the Fort Wayne Area.
We are committed to safely transporting your child(ren) to their desired location. We provide contact for GPS app so you can track the drive. In addition we will notify you via text once we have arrived and picked up your child as well as when we have reached the destination and your child has left the vehicle.
Pleases ensure arrangements have been made upon your child's arrival as Kiddie Care on Wheels will not be liable for your child once they have left the vehicle.
Our mission statement is "Motivate to Drive" during transport we will provide your child(ren) an inspiring quote to encourage them to continue striving for their dreams.
Payments
You will be surprised our prices are affordable. Our fee system is based on distance. We charge a base fare of $10.00 for travel and $ 0.54 per mile for distance when traveling one way. Discount prices apply for Round Trip Transport. Round Trip base Fare is $8.00 for travel and $0.54 per mile. There is a $7.00 cancellation fee for cancelled transactions. Prices will vary depending on distance location of pick up/ destination. Once you have scheduled transport our team will send you invoice for the payment. Payment will need to be collected at the time of services. In some cases payment may need to be collected at the time of scheduling.
In rare circumstances we can create package deals that work with your budget

Transportation agreement states by scheduling transportation you understand that your child(ren) being serviced are expected to be responsible for the going to the location you have arranged for them Kiddie Care on Wheels will not be held responsible for you child(ren)prior to pick up and or following arrival at their listed destination.
In addition You are agreeing to pay the fare provided at booking unless a new invoice has been generated. If your route or destination changes on trip, your fare may change based on the rates above and other applicable taxes, tolls, charges and adjustments. Due to high customer volume Kiddie Care on Wheels will not be held liable for lapsed wait times. We kindly ask that your children are ready at the time of arrival as wait times will not exceed 15 minutes. base fare and cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment method at that time. Wait time charges will increase when fares are elevated due to higher demand.
